This policy explains what happens to information when you visit Loomandl & Ing. It applies to loomandlanding.com and is published by Janet Media Group.
We do not have accounts
There is no login on this site, no user accounts, no newsletter signup and no subscription. There is nothing for you to create and nothing for us to store about you as an individual.
Analytics
We use Google Analytics 4 to understand which pages people find useful — how many visitors a page gets, roughly where in the world they are, which device they are on, and which links they click. This is aggregate traffic measurement; we are not trying to identify you and we do not attempt to.
Google Analytics sets cookies in your browser to do this. If you would rather it did not, you can block cookies in your browser settings or install Google's opt-out browser add-on. The site works identically either way — nothing here is gated behind analytics.
Affiliate links
Product links on this site route through our /go/ address and then on to a retailer, currently Amazon. When you arrive at the retailer, they typically set a cookie that credits us if you buy something within a window they set. That cookie is the retailer's, governed by the retailer's privacy policy, and it is how the commission described in our affiliate disclosure is tracked.
We do not receive your name, your address, your payment details or a list of what you bought. Retailer affiliate reporting shows us aggregate figures, not identified purchases.
Our own /go/ redirect does not set a cookie, does not store your IP address and does not build a profile. It exists so product links can be maintained in one place.
The contact form
If you send us a message, we receive your name, your email address and what you wrote, by email. We use it to reply to you and for nothing else. We do not add it to a mailing list, we do not sell it, and we do not share it with any third party.
The form applies basic anti-spam checks, including a per-address submission limit that briefly holds your IP address in memory. That data is not written to disk and is discarded within the hour.
Hosting and logs
This site is hosted on Vercel. Like any web host, their infrastructure processes standard request information — IP address, browser user agent, the page requested — in order to serve the page and protect against abuse. We do not maintain our own separate log of that information.
Children
This site is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect information from them. If you believe a child has sent us information through the contact form, email us and we will delete it.
Your choices
- Analytics: block cookies or use the opt-out add-on linked above.
- Affiliate cookies: block third-party cookies, or visit the retailer directly instead of through a link here.
- Contact form data: email us and we will delete your message and our reply.
Changes
If this policy changes, the revised version appears here with an updated review date at the top of the page. Material changes to what we collect will be described rather than slipped in.
