The most useful message you can send us is a correction. With this much technical detail about fibers, sizing and cleaning, some of it will be wrong — and the only way that gets fixed is if someone tells us. Include the page and what is wrong; you do not need to be polite about it.
We also read questions about specific rug problems, and where the answer turns out to be missing from the site, it usually becomes a page.

What we cannot help with
- Order and delivery problems. We are a publisher, not a retailer. If you bought a rug through a link here, the retailer handles the order — we have no visibility into it at all.
- Paid placement or sponsored posts. We do not accept them. See the editorial policy.
- Valuing an antique rug. That needs someone who can physically examine it. Our oriental rugs guide covers what determines value, but a real appraisal needs a real appraiser.
